Credential Types

LE Legal Entity

Root credential binding an LEI to a KERI identifier. Issued by GLEIF-authorized vLEI issuers.

APE Authorized Public Entity

Role authorization within an organization. Enables delegation of signing authority.

TN TN Allocation

Telephone number allocation credential. Proves rights to originate calls from specific numbers.

Architecture

The issuer service uses KERI primitives from keripy:

Habery: Identity management with key rotation support
Regery: Credential registry for issuance and revocation tracking
Witnesses: Distributed receipts for key event and TEL anchoring
